....if you don't see an answer here, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will be happy to help. I'm here to help you find an artwork that will bring you joy.
Where are you based and how can I see your work in person?
Do you do commissions?
Yes, I do! For commission information, please send an email to email@example.com.
I own a gallery or store and I'd like to carry your work.
Thank you for your interest! Please feel free to contact me for enquiries about representation, licensing, or wholesale opportunities—email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items may not be purchased directly from the store for resale, without my express consent.
What type of materials do you use and how do you finish your paintings?
I create my work with a combination of permanent waterproof lightlast inks, acrylics and water-based media. I love a good white ink pen too. Originals on paper and canvas are varnished with a liquid sealant to protect your painting from dust and light. For works on paper, framing behind a UV coated plexi-glass is best for protection and preservation. It's lightweight and virtually unbreakable. Canvas is usually gallery-framed, and not under any glass or plexi-glass.
What are your framing options for original artwork?
On original artwork I work closely with a professional framer in the St. Pete area, and although each original is different, I take a complementary approach with every frame job...mostly a muted gold, as that mimics the colors of the artwork. If that's not really your style, please let me know, as we can work together to choose another color palette for your frame.
What type of reproductions do you offer?
I offer giclée prints reproduced on canvas. The canvas material is a beautiful upgrade on a typical paper print. The canvas is gallery framed on stretcher bars and comes ready hang out of the box.
What are your framing options for reproductions?
Upon placing your order, there are frame selections to choose from. Make a selection at that time.
How do I care for my reproduction?
For stretched canvas prints, keep them away from water and direct sunlight.
shipping original artworks, prints and accessories
I use FedEx, United States Postal Service or UPS for shipping. Your shipping fee covers the cost of postage, and also packing materials, labor and stocking.
I will send you a tracking email once the painting has shipped so you will know when to expect your delivery.
I ship orders once a week. In a hurry? Send me an email, and we can work together for a quicker solution.
How long does it take for me to receive my artwork?
Thank you for your recent purchase. Each painting and print is carefully packaged and requires time for drying, varnishing, and in some cases framing. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for domestic orders to arrive.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, not yet.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling.
All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
